To develop export-oriented economy is to implement the strategy of success through quality and market diversification and spare no efforts to expand exports.

2、  内地省市的产品可以通过沿海港口城市打向国际市场。

The products of inland provinces and municipalities can get access to the international market through the coastal port cities.

3、  我们必须改造传统出工业，加大出口产品的技术含量和附加值。

We should transform the traditional export industries and increase the technology content and added value in our exports.

4、  面对全球金融危机，我们应该变压力为动力，具体措施是改善投资环境，为海外投资商提供优惠待遇和出入境方便。

When we are faced with the global financial crisis, we should turn pressure into a motive force through the measures of improving the investment environment and providing preferential treatment and easier entry and exit to foreign investors.

5、  在经济领域里，对外开放的主要内容是优化市场结构，扩大出口能力。

The opening-up policy in economic field is mainly as follows: to optimize the market structure and enhance the export capability.

6、  在进出口工作中，我们要扬长避短，趋利避害。

In our import-and-export work, we should foster strengths and circumvent weakness.

7、  缩短产品开发周期，搞好售后服务，了解经营状况，是一个厂长必须要关心的三件事。

The three things a factory director must care for are to shorten new product development cycles, improve after-sale service and get a clear view of business performance.

8、  三资企业是指中外合资企业，中外合作企业和外商独资企业。

The foreign-funded enterprises actually denote Sino-foreign joint ventures, Sino-foreign cooperative enterprises and soly-foreign-funded enterprises.

9、  由于我国特殊国情，我们不能完全取消进出口许可证制度。

Because of our special national conditions, it is not the time yet for us to announce the complete abolition of import-and-export license system.
